How does Health and Wellbeing Coaching Work?
The clients provide background information through a well-being assessment so that both the coach and coachee are well-informed on the key concerns and priorities.
During the first 60-90 minute coaching session, the coach helps you to identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three-month goals, and the first steps aka weekly goals.
In subsequent 30-40 minute coaching sessions, each week, month, or quarter, you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will enjoy plenty of ah-ha insights along the way. By the end of three months, you can expect to reach more than 70% of your three-month goals and feel energized and confident to embark on new areas with or without your coach.
Group coaching is a collaborative process where a coach guides multiple individuals simultaneously toward shared goals, leveraging the group's collective wisdom and support. Participants learn from each other, provide mutual accountability, and share diverse perspectives in a structured setting, which can be more affordable than one-on-one coaching. It is also a fun and interactive way to work towards changing your eating behaviors. Sessions are typically 60-90 mins in length and pricing varies on the type of packages you have chosen. The mentorship service is focused on health professionals such as Dietitians, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, etc who want to learn how to use coaching tools, such as Motivational Interviewing to assist their clients to achieve their goals and adhere to treatment faster and more efficiently. After making and confirming your appointment you will fill out a pre-assessment form. And then meet virtually with Dr. Francilia Brito Silva an initial appointment. The appointment content and expectations vary based on what service you have chosen. Overall, the first appointment or meeting includes spending a lot of time getting to know each other, answering a lot of questions so we can see the full picture of your health journey and best serve you.
3. Follow-up session on your new YOU!
Sessions vary from weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly throughout this process based on each service and package you have chosen. Frequency is based on each individual’s need.
