a Nutritionist and Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach helping you achieve your best version through building a healthy relationship with your eating habits.
I am a Nutritionist and Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach based in Dallas, Texas. I specialize in helping adults to change their eating habits and grow their best version for about 15 years now. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful results in both their health and eating behaviors.
I help my clients gain clarity, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans to overcome obstacles and achieve successful health and wellbeing. I am also a mom of a boy and a furry puppy too. In my free time I love to spend time outdoors with my family, jogging and playing with them. My happy place is beside them, cooking healthy meals to enjoy together.
I do this work because I believe true nutrition success goes beyond a meal plan.My mission is to shift clients away from the cycle of restrictive dieting and empower them to deeply understand and authentically own their choices, turning knowledge into lifelong well-being.
My passion for nutrition started in the kitchen. Growing up, I was always alongside my mother, learning her cooking techniques and becoming fascinated not just by food’s flavor, but by its incredible potential for health and disease prevention. This early realization—that food is a powerful tool for wellness—drove me to pursue a career in the field. I cemented this commitment by earning both my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Nutrition.
In my initial practice, I repeatedly observed a frustrating pattern: clients genuinely wanted to eat healthier, but they struggled to stick with their prescribed nutrition plans. The issue wasn’t a lack of information; it was a deeper disconnect. I realized that simply dictating what to eat wasn’t enough. Many clients lacked the intrinsic motivation and the behavioral strategies necessary to create lasting change. A meal plan alone could not overcome years of ingrained habits.
This crucial insight prompted a complete shift in my approach. I began specializing in behavioral change, recognizing that true transformation requires more than dietary instructions. I completed my Health and Wellbeing Coaching certification to learn how to guide clients toward sustainable, authentic change.
Today, I empower clients to become the architects of their own health. Instead of being told what to do, we collaborate to create new eating behaviors that are realistic, achievable, and personally meaningful. Eating is more than nourishment—it is interwoven with feelings, culture, and personal memories. Through coaching, I support my clients’ autonomy and ownership of their choices, helping them develop enduring habits that honor their preferences and seamlessly integrate into their lives.
To bridge the gap between nutrition knowledge and real-world behavior by applying advanced behavioral coaching, ensuring clients create realistic, achievable habits that foster long-term health, not just short-term diet adherence.
